This place is horrible. ..don't be fooled by the outer look of their products....they absolutely are trash....we've had our dryer appx. 6 months and it quit working.....had to buy a new one from Lowe's. .....do not shop here if you are expecting your appliance to last

Bad products. Even worse customer service. I go in and pick out the washer and dryer I wanted and asked if they could hold the set for 2 days until I got paid. They agreed. I come in to pick up the set to find out it has been sold. (Not the end of the world but frustrating) I proceed with a different set that looked similar. 5 months down the road the heating element burned out in the dryer.(Not the end of the world but frustrating) I call to see if they have one and the lady answers the phone and lets out a big sigh like shes got better things to do. She doesnt ask for my number, doesnt give me a price, and was just very rude. I then called back to give my number and she acted like I was bothering her again. I went that day and picked up an element at a different shop and fixed it that evening. I have yet to hear from them. Awful. Buyer beware.
I only give it one star because I can't give it 0. Ordered a refrigerator part via eBay. I was sent a part that didn't remotely come close to the part I'd ordered. Then I returned the part and asked for a refund. I never got one. So now he has the part he sold me plus my money. Not to mention the cost of mailing the part back to him.
I found a washer and dryer (matching pair) on Craigslist for sale that I was interested in. It just so happened that it was listed by this business. My daughter was moving 2.5 hours away to a new apartment and I didn't know there were different plugs for dryers. They were so helpful with advice and sent me with TWO plugs for the dryer since I didn't know what I needed. I returned the other one once I knew. I will continue to do business with this company and will no longer look to Craigslist for my appliance needs. We made this purchase in July and I am writing my review in November... No Problems with items or the service I received!
Very shady, unprofessional and dishonest business. Please save yourself the heartache, frustration, and disgust and take your business ANYWHERE else.
I emailed him twice politely requesting that he approve the refund and he never bothered to reply.
