Have not talk to mel rollings yet. She said he will call and he has not.They do discriminate. Laurie has made that clear as to how she couldn't give us "1" reason why she couldn't rent to us. My lady applied and Laurie was excited and ready to move us in. Meanwhile I was at work and my lady told Laurie we will come in and finalize paperwork. Keep in mind we have no criminal history, we do not do any type of drugs, I am a muay thai coach and know many officers and the only thing on my record is a passenger seat belt violation back in 2011 I believe. Laurie keeps saying no place available, however she showed her the empty apartment and she keep moving people in that just applied??? She couldn't give us "1" reason why she tells my woman "we are not interested to have your here" then she tells my lady I didn't fill out where I work. As I'm writing this, laurie texting me and I'm not mad at her that she's racist because if I was to be mad I would be no different. I never gave her my number and I'm not arguing with her. I warn any of you that decide to want to live here. I told her nicely I'm going to come look at my app and she won't let me see it. That let me know she was not giving us equal opportunity because it's been well over a month and if you ran my application you would have made that decision instead of saying none was available. I can only imagine what happens in these apartments. She is not who you meet in person. The funniest part of all is the head guy (mel) reached out to my woman and set up the apt while Laurie denied us and won't tell us how to contact him because that number is the number she answers. Something is not right that's for sure.
Country atmosphere with all the amenities you need, but yet 5 minutes from Plainfield to shop for everything else! The owner is quick to help with any issues that may come about. Very good guy and great to get along with!
